株式会社エイテック様の社内用ポスターを制作しました。働き方改革の一環として社員の健康増進にアプローチする健康経営に取り組んでいる株式会社エイテック様は、全社員の不健康状態を解消するため、運動・睡眠・食事の改善にアプローチする健康増進アクションプランを策定しました。そのひとつ『毎日14:55からの5分間を健康増進タイムに指定し腰痛撲滅ストレッチの奨励』がこのポスターになります。
We produced an in-house poster for Eitech Co. As part of its efforts to reform the way it works, Eitech is working on a health management plan to improve the health of its employees. In order to eliminate the unhealthy conditions of all employees, the company has formulated a health promotion action plan to improve exercise, sleep, and diet. One of the action plans is to designate five minutes from 2:55 p.m. every day as health promotion time and encourage employees to stretch to eliminate back pain.
